Suitable for accessories, tripods, prisms, and handheld devices
2.2 Transport / Cargo Service
For large, heavy, or fragile survey instruments
Delivered through transport companies or cargo services
Recommended for Total Stations, GNSS systems, and machinery
2.3 Local Pickup (Optional)
Customers may collect products directly from our office or warehouse
Pickup must be scheduled in advance
3. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery times:
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery
We ensure proper packaging, but handling after dispatch is beyond our control

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for:
Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
Additional charges caused by re-delivery requests
